Shipping policy

At PICTURE ME, we maintain the highest standard of quality for our heavyweight, cinematic-grade pieces. Our quality control is strict, and every order is carefully inspected before it is dispatched to ensure it arrives ready for wear.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & QUALITY CONTROL Due to the high demand of our limited "Episode" drops and our rigorous inspection standards, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our fulfillment team to securely pick, inspect, and pack your order before it ships.

2. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES The timeframes below represent your final "door-to-door" wait time. These estimates already include the 1–3 business days needed for order processing and quality control:

  • United States: 4-8 Business Days

  • UK, EU, & Canada: 5-13 Business Days

  • International: 7-15 Business Days

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES We ship our limited-edition pieces globally. Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival.

  • United States: Orders shipped to the US under $800 are generally not subject to import duties or customs fees.

  • European Union: In accordance with new EU customs requirements, import duties and customs fees for qualifying EU orders are automatically calculated and included in your shipping costs at checkout.

  • UK, Canada & Rest of World: For all other international destinations, the customer is strictly responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes assessed by local authorities upon delivery. PICTURE ME LLC does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict what they may be.

If a package is returned to us because a customer refuses to pay customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs and any return fees from the refund.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER The moment your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier system to update with the live transit status.

5. EU & UK CONSUMER RIGHTS In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers in the EU and UK have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full instructions regarding international returns.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once the fulfillment process has begun. PICTURE ME LLC is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
