All Sales Are Final (US & Rest of World) PICTURE ME LLC operates on a strict, limited-release model. Due to the highly exclusive nature of our drops and the limited quantities available, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for buyerโs remorse or sizing issues. Please review our sizing and garment specifications carefully before securing your order.
Damages and Issues (Global) We take pride in the heavy-duty quality of our pieces. Our quality control is strict, but if a defective or damaged piece slips through, contact us immediately. To report a manufacturing issue:

Email support@picturemewrld.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear, well-lit photos of the defect.

If approved, we will fast-track a free replacement of the exact piece to you immediately. You will not be required to mail the defective item back.
UK & European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Notwithstanding the policy above, if your order is being shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union, local law grants you the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the garment must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Liability: Under UK and EU law, the customer is 100% responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

The Return Process: To initiate a UK/EU return, you must email support@picturemewrld.com with your order number. Once authorized, our team will provide you with the routing address for our US returns department.

Tracking & Customs Mandate: You must purchase a return shipping label that includes a valid tracking number and provide it to our support team. We are not responsible for lost return packages. When filling out the international customs declaration at your post office, you must explicitly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS". Failure to do so will result in the package being rejected at the US border.
Exchanges Due to the limited-run nature of our drops, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Once a piece enters production, it is locked to your order.
Refunds For approved UK/EU returns, we will notify you once your package has been received and authenticated at our US warehouse. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable). If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was delivered to us, please contact support@picturemewrld.com.
